In the unlikely event that the Organiser cancels the Event in full prior to commencement, all sums paid by the guest in respect of the Event fee will be refunded. The Organiser will not be liable for any consequential costs (including, without limitation, flights, transfers, additional accommodation, lost earnings or insurance excess).

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event programme, venue, suppliers and itinerary where reasonably necessary, and to remove any guest from the Event whose conduct, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, is unacceptable, dangerous, or detrimental to the experience of other guests. No refund will be due in such circumstances.
